The Cedar Point Amusement Park is located in beautiful Sandusky, Ohio and is home to many different forms of entertainment. The park is themed after the lovable Peanuts characters and, while roaming around, you will see such characters as Snoopy, Lucy, and of course, Charlie Brown.
Cedar Point offers a great variety of rides and extreme roller coasters for the thrill seekers amongst you including Top Thrill Dragster, a water park, and, for the real thrill seeker, a new Challenge Park featuring the Ripcord Skycoaster, a Go-Kart Track, and two eighteen hole golf courses. Of course, the park hosts its own variety of entertaining shows as well. Many shows feature the Peanuts gang including Everyone Loves Snoopy and Snoopy’s Sing-a-long.
If there are any musicians or gamers amongst you, perhaps you’d be interested in the Rock Band Live show in which you may have a chance of performing! No matter the taste, when it comes time to sit and enjoy a show, there’s something here for everyone in the family.
An important part of every trip to a park is the food and this one is definitely not lacking in that regard. In fact, Cedar Point has something special to offer early birds this year. For those that show up between 8:30 and 10:00 AM, a breakfast buffet featuring all of your favorite Peanuts characters awaits you. The buffet includes eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, hashbrowns, and just about anything else you could possibly imagine. Of course, when you get hungry throughout the day, the park can still provide. It simply would not be an amusement park without cotton candy, funnel cakes, and charbroiled burgers.
All in all, this park is everything a family could want in an amusement park. I enjoyed my trip to this park and I know you will too!
